• Home infusion therapy allows patients to receive medications and vital fluids without a hospital visit using intavenous (IV) therapy.

• Patients and Doctors enjoy the comfort and convenience of being at home. Some patients can return to their normal routines with limited cases of patients returning to work while still on therapy.

• C and C Drugs Vital Care coordinates with your Home Health Agency and physician of your choice in the care of your Home Infusion
• C and C Drugs Vital Care provide numerous IV therapies for home use with easy-to-use infusion pumps and supplies. We provide personal deliveries of your IV drugs and supplies to your home. We will work closely with your home care nurse and physician to make sure your care and treatment goals are met and care is coordinated.
• If you need nutritional products at home, such as tube feeding or IV nutrition, we closely monitor your nutritional needs with our P.E.N. program which has a Dietitian, Physician, Pharmacist, and Nurse on staff.
